Indofil Chemicals Limited was originally incorporated in 1962 as a subsidiary of Rohm and Haas Company, USA. The company made significant strides in the chemical industry, offering a range of products primarily in agrochemicals and specialty chemicals. In 1985, it merged with a listed company, Modipon Limited (MPL), and operated as a division under MPL until 2006. In 2007, Indofil became an independent entity once again, as it was transferred from MPL and vested with Indofil Organic Industries Limited (IOIL). This marked a new phase for the company, positioning it for further growth and expansion. In 2010, IOIL was rebranded as Indofil Industries Limited (Indofil), establishing its current identity. Today, Indofil is recognized for its strong portfolio of products in agrochemicals, industrial chemicals, and other related sectors, playing a key role in improving agricultural productivity and providing advanced solutions across various industries.
